A person who wants to have a play performed in a theater must make a formal application seven days before the performance of the play to the prescribed authority including the following:-

(a) Tickets for cultural upliftment. Displayed with or without, or
(b) shown to raise funds for a public institution or social cause or,
(c) displayed with a ticket for the purpose of business or entertainment, and
(d) Duration and time of performing the play.
